Out of the office, Steve enjoys playing golf, watching rugby, travelling and avoiding DIY

Sara Dance Director (Cheltenham Office)

T: +44 1242 679099

E: sara@kingscottdix.co.uk

Expertise – Solicitors – Letting Agents

Sara spent 25 years with an accountancy practice in Gloucester gaining an excellent grounding in all aspects of accountancy and general taxation. She has been a manager in our Cheltenham Office since 2009 where she also undertakes all types of audit work, including the specialist areas of solicitors and letting agents.

Sara has a hands-on approach with her wide-ranging portfolio of clients and attaches great importance to reviewing the performance of their businesses as they progress throughout the year. She firmly believes that this philosophy helps them to run much more efficiently and profitably, not least as a result of the opportunities for providing tax planning that can be identified.

Sara has a very active life outside the office, including a keen interest in politics (when allowed!).  Much of her time is taken up with the sporting activities of her children, with Abby playing football nationally, Jack playing rugby for Longlevens and Emily representing Gloucester Ladies at netball. Sara is also a keen follower of Gloucester Rugby Club and, when she gets the chance, is passionate about her garden.

Away from the office, and when not on duty with her young family, Gwyneth spends time keeping fit so that she can indulge in the occasional glass of red wine – a lifestyle as well-balanced as her clients’ accounts!

Peter Morgan Director (Gloucester Office)

Expertise – Audit – Manufacturing– Property & Construction – Healthcare

Originally from West Wales, Peter trained with Grant Thornton in High Wycombe and after qualifying in 1992, he headed to the Kingscott Dix Gloucester office, starting there in 1996.

As well as enjoying the challenges offered by family and owner managed businesses, Peter’s auditing skills have earned him the position of audit and compliance director for the firm.  His fellow directors refer to this as an “enviable role”, although he did notice that they all stood well behind him when he volunteered.

Living on a Welsh hillside, Peter has remained close to his roots and is a dedicated Radio Cymru fan. He enjoys spending time with those close to him or otherwise is happiest with a chainsaw in his hands or hanging off the back of a boat on a ski rope.

He has a passion for finding new accounting technology and in particular has a lot of experience helping clients implement online accounting systems which can give business owners accurate financial information at the touch of a button.

Paul has a young family, which obviously keeps him very busy, for the occasional spare Saturday afternoons he has a Gloucester Rugby season ticket.

Paul Reynaert Director (Gloucester office)

E: par@kingscott-dix.co.uk

Expertise – Agriculture

Paul trained and worked in London before moving to New Zealand. He joined KD on his return to the UK.

Obviously, all the time Paul spent counting sheep in the Antipodes was well worth the effort as he now heads up the firm’s agricultural team. He also specialises in charities, in addition to his wide variety of other clients.

Paul takes his responsibilities seriously in making sure that he understands his clients’ businesses. As a result, he can often be found on the courses of the many golf clubs for which he acts – all in the name of research, naturally. He pursues a range of historical interests from Ancient Greece to Modern Britain although, no doubt, his spare time might well become curtailed following the recent arrival of his new grandson.
