Our commitment to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion across our firm, as part of our ICAEW probate regulatory requirements.
At Kingscott Dix Limited, we are committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion and to providing a welcoming environment where our employees and clients, both current and prospective, are treated fairly and with respect.
We value the different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives within our team and are committed to providing equal opportunities and maintaining a workplace free from discrimination. We seek to ensure that no individual is treated less favourably because of their age, disability, gender, marital or civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity, race or ethnicity, religion or belief, sexual orientation, neurodiversity, social background or any other characteristic unrelated to their ability, experience or individual circumstances.
As a firm licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) to carry out probate work, we invite our employees at the Gloucester office to complete a diversity questionnaire every two years, with aggregated results reported to ICAEW in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Participation in the survey is voluntary. To protect the privacy and confidentiality of our team, we publish only a summary of the results on our website. As not all employees may choose to participate, the published information may not provide a complete representation of the diversity of our team.
